Our RightFax support teams handle questions on the use, configuration, and functionality of RightFax solutions. In addition, we can help to identify issues and document enhancement requests for consideration in future product releases.
SNAPS customer support is located in our Roswell Georgia office. Our front-line staff is further assisted by our development and account management personnel to better resolve your issues. Our objective is to:

SNAPS RightFax Support includes the following services:
- Support for any situation where the RightFax software and/or its associated modules do not perform as described in the manuals and instructional guides published by OpenText.
- Software Updates: Access to all latest product upgrades, maintenance releases, patches and documentation.
- Support services by telephone, e-mail, or on-line via the Customer Support site.
- Support for servers (SUIDs) covered under a current support contract for supported versions of RightFax.
- Assistance with Installation procedures when the procedures.
- Compatibility information for OS, and supported software modules.

Should SNAPS Customer Support be unable to resolve your issue, SNAPS will escalate the issue to an OpenText Support Engineer and the SNAPS Engineer will remain on the call to manage the issue through resolution. SNAPS is your 1st level of support for RightFax and we are committed to resolving your issues.
